How do you get access?
After you pay, we will ask for the access we need (an invite to your site, not your password where the platform allows it). You can remove our access when we are done.
Which problem size do I pick?
If you are not sure, pick Get a quote and describe it. We will tell you which one fits before you pay.
What if you cannot fix it?
If it turns out to be something we cannot fix, we will say so and refund your payment.
