Terms of service

Who we are

These terms are between you and MR Enterprises, a business based in Florida, USA ("we", "us"). By paying for or requesting a service you agree to them.

Services and prices

Services and prices are listed on this site. A quote that we send you in writing replaces the listed price for that project. Prices are in US dollars.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe. Business and Store websites are paid 50% up front, with the balance due before launch. Monthly plans (care plans, Ad Grants management, camera alerts) renew each month until you cancel. Cancel by telling us; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Work that has started covers time already spent, so deposits and setup fees are generally not refundable once work has begun. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will refund the part we did not deliver. If we cannot fix a site fix order, we will refund it.

Your content and access

You confirm you have the right to use the content, domains and accounts you give us. You keep ownership of your content and your domain. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. We will tell you what access we need, and we will only use it for the work.

Advertising

Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or the relevant platform. We do not guarantee clicks, sales, rankings or approval into any program. Google decides eligibility for Google Ad Grants and can change or end the program.

Camera alerts

Camera alerts are a configuration and tuning service. It is not a monitored alarm or security monitoring service. We do not watch your cameras and we provide no emergency response. Alerts can be missed, delayed or wrong. Do not rely on them for safety, and contact emergency services directly in an emergency.

Limits

The service is provided as described, without any promise of particular results. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
